While your core focus will be on this landmark Commonwealth project, the team advises across a diverse and high-profile mix of work including regulatory investigations, judicial reviews, corporate disputes, and government advisory work on Royal Commissions, inquiries, and procurement issues. Your Skills Profile 6 years PAE in commercial litigation; Experience in general commercial disputes; Experience in government disputes work and/or investigations (highly desirable); Excellent communication, technical skills and attention to detail; Exceptional drafting skills; Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines and delegate appropriately to a team of lawyers and paralegals; Advanced interpersonal skills; and Superior analytical, research and drafting skills.
